For those moving through something heavy. Grief, transition, overwhelm, or the quiet weight of a life that needs tending. This session is held in your home or a peaceful outdoor space, and it does not rush you. Includes a home-cooked vegetarian meal, acoustic therapy, guided Reiki, guided journaling, and quiet reflection.
